[b]Ability Data[/b]

[b]Microwave Receiver:[/b] Since the Squires don't have full engines installed, the Knight Matey beams energy to them using microwave transmitters.


[b]Weapon Data[/b]

[b]60mm CIWS:[/b] Shoulder mounted vulcans for anti-personnel and anti-missile use.
[b]Squire's Sword:[/b] A shortsword sheathed on the Sword Matey's hip.

[b]Chainsword:[/b] A sword with rotating "claws" around the edge which is used to destroy enemy armour, weakening it against attacks from the other Squires. The chainsword makes up the center of the broadsword's blade.
[b]Variable Strength Energy Saber:[/b] A special energy saber which is attached directly to the matey's power supply. By providing more power to the energy field which forms the energy saber, the field can be enlarged to hold more particles, allowing the blade to deal more damage when it hits. The hilt of the VSES is also the hilt of the combined broadsword.


[b]Technical and Historical Notes[/b]

One of the Knight Matey's Squire drones, designed for close combat. The most notable feature of the Sword Matey is the gigantic broadsword mounted on it's back. Brutally powerful on it's own, it can also break down into 4 other swords for various uses.

The Sword Matey is equipped with a Variable Strength Energy Saber similar to the one found with Matey Cutlass. Because of this, it is commonly thought that the Squires were used as prototypes for technologies later used in R-Matey. However, given the R-Matey's modular packs, it is possible that it was actually the other way around.
