Since she was able to talk, Shirose has been turning conversations and buisness ventures in her favor. Using an amazing amount of guile and bartering, she has acquired quite a fortune. Unfortunately, her love for artifacts has diminished this considerably, though she probably prefers the life of an active adventurer-merchant to that of a noblewoman. Nevertheless, she carries a huge collection of semi-valuable to priceless artifacts with her at all times, and will generally do buisness with most anyone who flashes some jade her way. What little of this jade that doesn't go into more inventory goes into ale and other liquors, however. Shirose has a rather bad habit of drinking herself into a stupor, not to mention enraging fellow drunks, though she's adapted to bar room fighting in her own way- usually by fleeing the scene. Shirose is not a complex person- she simply wants to either add to her collection or add to her fortune. This has, however, caused her to lead quite an interesting life... For instance, she discovered she was an Exalted when she was twenty, in one of her famous bar-room brawls. Somehow she found herself avoiding blows which should have put an end to her life- indeed, she was lucky. Had her assailants not be ravingly drunk, it's likely her status as an Exalted would have been revealed and her life made considerably more difficult.
